By submitting the HTBB YOUTH SIGN-UP FORM, you irrevocably agree, consent, confirm and understand as follows:-
● All details provided for registration are true, complete and accurate and such information shall be entered into a database of HTBB Youth and/or HTBB whereupon HTBB Youth/HTBB shall be the rightful owner of such database/information as provided at the page hereinbefore. The database shall strictly be used by HTBB Youth and/or HTBB solely for all church related activities/events/promotional purposes whatsoever.
● Photographs and/or videos taken/produced by HTBB Youth and/or HTBB are permitted to be used for church-related purposes and publicity in whatever manners, including but not limited to, printed leaflets, Instagram, Facebook or any other social media as HTBB Youth and/or HTBB deem appropriate.
● HTBB Youth’s programme and activities are planned with the youth's and adults’ safety of in mind. There may still be risks associated with the activities organised by HTBB Youth and/or HTBB/ or its partners including but not limited to physical injury, illness whatsoever despite due care duly observed by HTBB Youth volunteers and/or HTBB employees/ or its partners during the youth’s participation in all activities within the HTBB premises. In view thereof, I hereby undertake to fully indemnify and hold harmless HTBB Youth and/or HTBB and its employees/volunteers/agents/landlord/ partners/ registered owner of the building from any claims, suits, summons, proceedings whatsoever arising from or because of my participation in such activities/event.
